Construction updates

Finishing works continue both outside and inside the homes. The kerbs along the access road are now in place and we have started laying the interlocking paving. Inside, we are fitting toilets, taps and showers while continuing with the flooring.

The project has moved another step closer to completion. The air-conditioning units are now installed, while outside we are preparing the terraces and completing the base layers for the interlocking paving. The bathrooms are ready for grouting and final installation of taps and fittings. The retention tanks are being backfilled and we are also completing the landscaping around the individual gardens.

Construction has moved into its final phase. All air-conditioning units have arrived and the interiors are now painted. Drainage from the access road and gutters has been routed beneath the houses and the retention tanks are installed. Outside, we are preparing the base layers for the interlocking paving and setting the kerbs, while inside the final bathroom is being completed. Next week we will start laying the floors, fitting sockets and switches and installing the air-conditioning units. At the same time, we will begin forming the terraces and preparing the final base layer for the outdoor paving.

The structural work, roofs, windows, façades, utility connections, main distribution systems, underfloor heating, screeds and interior plastering are complete. The heat pumps are already running. Bathroom finishing is underway, together with preparations for painting, installation of wooden floors and air-conditioning units, and completion of the outdoor areas.
